SACRAMENTO, CA, Mar. 24, 2020 — Eco-Alpha’s team of facilities operation and maintenance engineering professionals performed a detailed facilities operation and maintenance cost estimation analysis for train platforms and heavy maintenance facilities for the California High-Speed Rail Authority mega transportation project. Eco-Alpha, as part of the CHSRA Small Business Program, partnered with Deutsche Bahn Engineering and Consulting, Inc., and ACI, Inc., in support of the Early Train Operator (ETO) program planning efforts for Valley to Valley and Phase I Draft California High-Speed Rail Authority 2020 Business Plan. Eco-Alpha’s work included development of facilities staffing allocations and cost estimates for operation and maintenance of key equipment, roads and grounds maintenance, and custodial services for each facility. All deliverables were completed on-time and on budget.
“As a DGS certified small business, having worked on multiple projects throughout the state, we have an acute knowledge of the engineering staffing and unique technical considerations for implementing a project of this scale and magnitude.”
